everything God created was made perfect as Genesis states, so we probably used all our brain power,we were probably more healthy,we were the best in artistic matters,athletics,etc.

First I think that you misunderstand 'dimensions' Humans can perceive four dimensions. The X Y and Z axis as well as time. Beyond that science has hypothesized anywhere from no more dimensions to two additional physical dimensions (Heim theory) or upwards of 20 additional dimensions (Some branches of string theory).
Assuming you believe in god, then she created those extra dimensions as well. How many extra dimensions? We don't know yet.
