Tony Sinclair, a highly-esteemed socialite, is Tanqueray's current fictional spokesman in the US, played by Philadelphia-based actor/dancer Rodney Mason. Tanqueray is a British Gin and the commercials play all the time. The whole ploy behind the campaign, is to have the viewer keep wondering who Tony Sinclair really is. Dumb but effective.
