I was 15 and my aunt sent me a smiling stuffed toy corn. It was just this really happy ear of corn...

The most random gift I have ever gotten was from my next door neighbor, she gave me a pair of slippers that well looked like an old mans whitey tighties sewn together and in the inside bottom of the slippers they had little pockets. And from what my neighbor told me they are there to put peanuts in so you could roll your feet on the ground and it would supposedly massage them. I know weird, huh!?! I don't blame her though, she's 92 and she doesn't seem to be all there, but I love her all the same. Happy Holidays!

I got a really ugly shirt from a cousin that was WAY too big besides being very out of style. I recognized the brand from a department store, so I decided to take it back, get the store credit, and get something I would actually wear. Well, when I did that, I found out it was only worth $2.50!!! So not only had she given me a really ugly shirt, she probably had bought it years before, or it was given to her as a gift and she re-gifted it to me!!!! That year was the end doing gift exchanges with adults. Now we just buy for the kids and grandparents.

A small ceramic creamer from a co-worker. I usually see creamers and sugar bowls together as a set, which are great for coffee or tea, but this was just a random creamer. Most of my other co-workers got the same thing.

I had a crazy uncle, who traveled for work. We never new when we'd see him or hear from him.

He dropped in once in July when I was a teenager.

He had our Christmas gifts in his car....mine was a very fine, very deluxe unicycle.

I had never expressed any interest in unicycles...but I did have a blast learning to ride it. Also learned a lot about first aid for scrapes and bruises!

He was a wonderful free spirit and I miss him still.

Merry Christmas Uncle Jim!

A used plastic platter in the shape of a big flower. It was supposed to be for serving appetizers at parties I think. It had crumbs and trapped food in the middle part. Another odd gift from my grandmother. She probably just took it off her own table, took the food off and gave it to me.

I got a box of like 25 dollars taped end to end(They eft like a bit of one hanging out and you pulled it like a tissue box). It happens to be one of my favorite gifts I have received in a long time, really random though.

An electric carving knife, actually to my husband. The person who gave it (who shall not be named) actually told us they bought a bunch a while ago when they found a good sale and figured they would find people to give them to later.
