A friend of mine would like to know this question. Can a man still enjoy sex fully (orgasm, etc.) with a vasectomy?

and if so...is sperm still in there?

When a man "busts a nut" (ejaculates) the result is sperm mixed with semen. The sperm comes from the testes and the semen from the vas deferens. In a vasectomy, the Vas is cut, eliminating the route for the semen to travel out of the man. The semen still squirts out when you "bust a nut"

WARNING: Sperm travel a long way from the testes to leave the man's body. After the Vasectomy, the man must "clean the pipes" to eliminate all the sperm that have been produced and are in the path to leave. This takes between 15 and 50 nut busts. You have to have a specimen checked and be told that the sperm is gone before being sterile.

GOOD LUCK.

A vasectomy is a simple medical procedure to remove sperm from the ejaculation, so yes he will be able to bust it over and over and over again :) Enjoy!!

Yes he will be able to enjoy everything he used to before he had the vasectomy.

The only real noticeable change will be a reduction of about 10% of his ejaculations' volume.

Cheers!

Absolutely. He will enjoy everything just like always but without any little guys (sperm) swimming around in his semen.

Sure, your friend wants to know. But to answer your question. I was wondering about it myself until I found the other guys answers to your question. So I will agree with everybody else answering your question. Yes, and now that I know, I might look into getting one.
