Actors play all kinds of roles. John Stamos is married to one of the worlds top beauties - Rebecca Ramon Stamos (Mystique from the X-Men movies) - I don't think he is gay in real life.

No he's definitely not gay.
He's an actor....Jake Gylenhaal and that other guy who's married to Michelle Williams (Brokeback Mountain) aren't gay. Neither is Antonio Sabato Jr. who kissed a guy in one of his movies.
It's acting.

He was married or "going out" with Rebecca Romijn for a long time before they broke up about 6-8 months ago. If he's gay, he hasn't been public about it.
My gaydar picks something up when I see him, though.
