Stuff you digest comes out in your personal scent pretty quickly... within a day or so. But there is only so much that it can do: a vagina will never smell like a rose garden.
If you have a seriously bad smell, a visit to the doctor is in order, since you may have some bacterial or yeast infection issues.

I know a lesbian couple that swears by carrots. They told me to start eating lots of them about three days before letting him do the deed. Since he had had no prior experience he didn't mention anything and I didn't let him know anything about my plan!
