Using Shop Force air compressor. one knob to control the air pressure but not sure if I should turn it left or right

It's a 6 gallon air compressor, there are 2 guages on it. One big one and one small one that has the control knob above it. Both are indentical in terms of numbers.

Not knowing how large this compressor is, I can only venture a guess that there would be two pressure guages on the unit. One guage measures the amount of pressure being put into the tank(s), the other one that should be attached past the valve with the knob you're probably talking about, shows the amount of pressure available to the hose, and consequently, whatever tool is attached to it. If memory serves me correctly, on mine, I have to turn the knob clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease. Turn yours one direction and see if it increases or decreases the pressure, you should be able to figure it out fairly quickly.

Turning it to the right increases pressure, turn it to the left decreases pressure.

Turn it and watch your pressure gauge. I believe left is less pressure and rt increases it but you should be able to see the change via the pressure gauge while you turn it

RIGHT TIGHLY, LEFTY LOOSEY. TURN THE KNOW THAT GOES TO THE AIR PRESSURE LINE U ARE OPERATING. WHAT ARE U TRY TO USE IT FOR?
