Poemon red ruby version question gba?

Where can i get the move WATERFALL a HM to teach my pokemon so they can go up waterfall? thanx alot,,?

i kindda of forget,but i believe that you can get HM7 in cave of origin after you caught groudon or after you defeat the eighth gym.you will definitely get it at the eighth gym.

if im not mistaken it's in the cave of origins in sotopolis city
