I'm trying to finish my floor.
The hotwater tank above my bedroom blew in September, the floor guy showed up 3 weeks ago, ripped out the carpet & said he'd be back in a couple days to put in the laminate (I bought the laminate but not underpad)... I still haven't heard from him.
I've gone without a bedroom for 3 weeks tomorrow (I have a hidabed), so I decided last week to do it myself but even better... so I'm installing in floor heating.
This week I sanded down some high spots in the sub floor, purchased the heating unit & thermostat, dad came over to install the thermostat, measured & glued the brackets and taped the perimiter of the room.
Now I'm waiting for the glue to dry then I'm hoping to get the wire layed tonight... then I get to do the self leveling compound, grind any high spots & start laying the laminate floor...
Oh and I'm doing it all by myself! (I'm a female that weighs about 110 lbs in my early 30's)
Added: Could it have gotten worse? I missed a step... I forgot to lay a thin skim of thinset "before" the brackets went down! So I had to remove the brackets, glue & puting down the thinset.

I helped to bake sugar cookies for a friend, mixed frosting, washed a load of dishes, and felt sick afterwards when I ate two cookies coated with a cm of frosting.
Other than that, no. Nothing really exciting.

no longer super approximately yet this morning at 8 am (and that i went to mattress a 4 am) I have been given a decision from a credit enterprise saying i owed them money from a bounced verify. So I went to my economic business enterprise because of the fact I had NO theory what this became approximately. I have been given no mail from my economic business enterprise or the credit collections. At my economic business enterprise we observed that all and sundry my exams had long previous through and that i in no way went into the destructive yet that the shop that initially mentioned I bounced the verify charged me two times 3 weeks aside! (so as that they charged me on 11/4 when I have been given the stuff and returned on 11/24!) so I went and bitched the shop out with the information and when I advised the administrative that this became fraud he laughed at me! The dick! Then he observed as my economic business enterprise and talked to them and then appologized to me and provided me loose stuff (even however I dont somewhat need it) and mentioned they had supply me all my a refund (even the quantity that I paid initially) and became grovelling. Then I had to jot down a 5-6 website paper for my american political concept very final and it ended up being 8.

No, not really. I got out of bed, had a shower, got dressed, had somthing to eat, then came on here. And after this I'm going to work. So no, nothing exciting. But the day isn't over yet....

COOL! Motorcycles are AWESOME! We got a Christmas tree today (Finally!). We decorated and some of my cousins came over for a quick "hi!"

Went with my 18 year old son to see a local movie about the dangers of driving drunk - it was filmed in our town based on a true story.
I hope the images will last in his mind forever ...

I got very stressed out about a paper that is due Tuesday that I have not started yet.
Then on the way home I figured out what to write and I am hoping that will work.
Writers Block sucks.
