What is Ear ache?
Earache is the result of infection in the ear area. The middle of the ear is normally filled with air. Warm up some Olive oil, ( about 1 tsp for each ear) dip some tissue in the oil, put in ear. There is also these wax cones that you can only purchase from health food stores. They look like a long skinny funnel. They have the directions on them. Real easy & almost instantly gets rid of earaches.

Well you can try a heating pad on the ear, but it sounds like you will have to sleep with your ear down & put a towel on the pad so the oil will run out with gravity. Nurse once told us to put a warm rag over the ear for relief. This after making my nephew wait an hr for a bad earache. Wish she would have told us that an hr before.

Either use garlic oil or Similasan. I have used both and they are effective.
To make your own garlic oil, follow these directions:
Buy one 12 oz. bottle of extra virgin olive oil and a bulb of garlic.
Mince six cloves of the garlic. Pour all of the oil into a pot and the garlic and heat on the lowest stove heating. When most of the garlic has risen to the top of the oil, remove from heat and let cool. Return the oil to the bottle using a strainer if possible.
Apply three drops of oil to a cotton ball and place the cotton in the ear. The oil will draw out the infection.

Lymphatic {not lymphadema} massage can be great, especially for chronic earaches and ear infections. It will stimulate the lymph system, which means extra fluid is picked up and then is passed through the immune system. Lymphatic massage is also called lymphatic facilitation or lymphatic therapy, and your therapist will show you how to do it at home as well.

Guess it depends on what's causing your earaches. However, my Dr. told me to use saline nasal sprays. I hate sprays, but it does work for me.
Ear candling is also something to check into. I have not tried it yet, but have not heard anything bad about having it done.
