Lamb rocks for Christmas and any other holiday for that matter! Too bad it isnt more popular! Its quite expensive. However, as far as what I cook for Christmas- Lets just say that every gathering isnt a gathering with out guests and I love to be the guests! ;) So, I will help with the meal but for now I am always in search for the best meal and make my holiday plans accordingly.

Brekfast omelett with feta cheese or diverse vegetables lunch we are able to a chinese language resteraunt and that i'll likely have vegetable loMain,white rice and perchance an egg roll (i recognize it isn't any longer cooking in spite of the undeniable fact that it is going to nevertheless be yummy) dinner mom says rice with Luna burgers or pasta with mushrooms yet i do not imagine we've determined dessert with somewhat of success my mothers and fathers receives some type of pastry from between the pastry shops all of us recognize or shall we flow there! or perchance icecream or the a number of treats my dads seceretary gave him (icing coated fudge, peanut cluster and yogurt dipped pretzels) merry Christmas

For Christmas Eve, it is chili and oyster soup. On Christmas Day it is usually Turkey, Ham or Prime Rib Roast. This year it is Prime Rib....mmm mmm good.

I am from down south and we always have a honey ham, turkey, sweet potato pie, rice and gravy, collard greens, green beans, corn on the cob, macaroni and cheese, and a variety of deserts.

We cook ham or fried turkey sometimes we do both depends on how many people are coming.
