How do I find my friend who moved 1 1/2 years ago?

My best friend moved almost two years ago to Houston, Texas. She didn't give me her address or her phone #, all I have is her email. And after the hurricane last year I have no idea how she is! She could be dead for all I know, but I hope not. My emails to her have been bouncing back to me. Is there any way to find out where she is and her address??????
