Never. I think they feel bad for violating and suspending you so many times, that they give you 4 points instead of three.

I am thinking you got the three points for picking the best answer and 1 point for visiting...I got a whoa you got 5 points when I was asking a question once and went huh? seems I was asking a question and getting a best answer all at the same time...LOL

When you pick a best answer and you receive 4 thumbs up on it, that is the 4 points equation, otherwise you get 3 for choosing a best one and the opposite person who gave the thumbs up, gets 1 point as well. It happened to me and I got like woah, 59 points and I'm like, how'd that happen! I wish they'd give points for comments though, that would be great.
