I'm thinking liberal since he actually had a sense of human compassion. And a brain.

Oh, I don't doubt that He would be moderate in today's politics. He cares too much about people in general to choose sides. However, to me, the idea of broadmindedness and acceptance of people for who they were created to be that is liberal is uncannily like the things that Jesus Christ stands for. He stands for forgiveness, He stands for love, and he stands for hope. Maybe I just associate with too many conservatives who don't think that way, but in my experience, that is not the general conservative mindset. Yes, there are exceptions everywhere. For example, however, I don't know that some people will fully accept the fact that I support gay marriages AND go to church.

Probably neither, most likely a moderate. I had always found that the most sensible smart people are usually moderates.

Don't fool yourself. He would have been a moderate. He was too liberal to be conservative, and too conservative to be liberal.
Sure, He had compassion, but so do many conservatives.
And the brain part? That's just very hypocritical. If you're a liberal, do you HONESTLY think that Jesus would condone that kind of remark?

Here I go again.

Well, Jesus would definitely believe in standing up for America. Americans would believe in the freedoms that our ancestors fought and died for. Jesus would stand up for your constitutionally protected rights.

Jesus would definitely without a doubt be absolutely against abortion since it is really murder.

He would believe in working for a living and getting people to be self sufficient rather than standing in line for a hand out.

He would believe in standing up for Morals and Values and freedom to worship without being persecuted. His followers have strong feelings about right and wrong. They generally stand up for morals and values that they believe in. They don't think that just because everyone is doing it, it's alright.

Without a doubt, he would disagree with same sex marriage and marriage to people's pets. He would never stand behind it because that is what the public thinks he should do.

He would never be caught dead protesting at an American Soldier's funeral out of respect for the family of the deceased. He already thinks that no one is very respectful anymore and I am sure that he is disgusted with it.

He would say Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays. In fact, he would probably be singing, "Happy Birthday to Me!"

I guarantee that Jesus would lean more toward the conservative side.

As liberal typically means a person who favors a political philosophy of progress and reform.

Then yes. Jesus was liberal. Jesus was a liberal Jew.

Now if you are using Liberal in the idiot sense, where people automatically interpret liberal to mean democrat. Then no.

Jesus was for a strong military, at any cost.
Was real big in corporate tax cuts and the trinkel down economy and cutting social services to pay for any global aggression.
OH YEA
He thought global warming was just a B.S. theory

He would be neither. Jesus made it clear in the gospels that his kingdom was no part of this world.

obviously not, because if you are a liberal, you just showed that you have no compassion, and hense no brain.

Oh, and conservatives believe in doing whats right, and protecting others, even if they are obnoxious like you.

He or She would be a hippie - peace, love and happiness... only instead of doing drugs, Jesus would pray and guide others to prayer...

I don't think Jesus liked politics at all. He was more concerned with more important issues.
