Your paging file settings are too low to provide enough virtual memory.
Start->Control Panel->System-> Advanced Tab-> Performance Settings button->Advanced Tab->Virtual Memory Change button
will bring you to the place where you can change the values, or set it to "System managed size", so that next time you get that error it will readjust itself to the new demand on the virtual memory, and it shouldn't happen again.

Use CrapCleaner to remove unnecessary files:

Virtual memory is the space in your PC's hard disk used as RAM.

If you are using Widows XP -
right click on My Computer in your desktop
select properties
select Advanced Tab
Click on Settings under Performance
Select Advanced tab
Click Change under Virtual memory
Select drive letter - click on System managed size - Click SET
do this activity for all the drives in your PC
click OK thrice

Also get rid of some unnecessary programs in your PC.

Virtual Memory is space allocated on your hard drive for those times that your physical memory (RAM) is not enough.

To increase the amount of virtual memory go to Control Panel > System > Advanced > Performance > Settings > Advanced > Virtual Memory "Change" > Custom Size > adjust as needed. 1.5 times your physical RAM is a good minimum and 3 times your physical memory in MB is good for your maximum.

Try going to Internet Options under Tools and delete the cookies, delete the files, and clear the history. See if that helps.

or uninstall some programs you really don't need

or just delete files you have saved that you don't need, or write them to a disk first
