Remember the reinforced knees, flares, vibrant colors, white contrast stitching, and guarantee they would not wear out. I say just fix the fit (their 1 weakness) to accomodate todays tight low rise hip huggers and they could be big again.

Yes some had gold stitching as well, namely the sky blue and the rigid navy blue from late 70s/early 80s;

They were the Fisher Price of jeans. Their passing is truly a fashion tragedy.

I want adult-sized Garanimals, too. I don't know what the hell goes with what, but their labels could help me color coordinate.

hey! I saw them a couple of years ago! My sis wore them! She was a tomboy. Didn't some of them have orange stitching?

Yeah - they definitely were good pants for those of us who were active and climbing about. I can't tell you how many pants my kids wore ot beofre they outgrew them, due to cheaper materials (even when not cheaper cost).
