You just divide the numerator and denominator:

14/3 4.666666666666.........
1/16 0.0625
15/11 1.363636363636363636363636363636363636....
33/24 1.375
376/20000 0.0118
9/12 0.75

HOPE I HELPED!

As most others have said, just divide and you will get the answer. You did ask to get it explained.

easiest way to find decimal equivalents for fractions is to remember the place value of the decimal is same as the denominator (if powers of 10)

16/5 = 320/100 = 3.20

70/250 = 280/1000 =.280

14/3 rounded close to 466.6666/100 = 4.666

4 1 divided by 16=0.0625
5.15 divided by 11=1.3636
6.33 divided by 24=1.375
7.376 divided by 20000= 0.0038
8. 9 divided by 12= 0.750
Now don't forget to tell your teacher how I did your homework for you.
