I'm 5'7", 185 lbs, and am a 36" DD. When I gain weight I gain weight everywhere. I've decided to get commited about weight loss; my goal weight is 135. Can I expect to reduce by cup size by losing weight; I woulld really like to be a C. Or, should I just mentally prepare myself that if I want to be a C I'm going to have to have some doctor wack 'em off.

You won't lose much in cup size with weight loss. Trust me I tried.

Go to Nordstroms or some similar store (NOT fredericks or victoria secret) and get fitted for the correct size bra. 80% of women are in the wrong size bra.

You can always work at getting breast reduction surgery. If you have issues with back pain you are a great candidate for surgery (and it'll be covered by insurance!).

Yes, any change in weight will change your bra size. Do you know how to measure for a bra? Most department stores will if you ask. I'm actually about the same height and weight as you, and I'm a DD too. If you lose weight even going down to a D will be a big difference. a DD really isnt that big, its what I wear, and you could get reduction surgery, but I don;t think a DD requires for it, but its your call. If you just get a few good fitting bra;s (go to Macy's or somewhere and ask to be fitted) and you might feel a whole lot more comfortable. (and minamizers bra's help give more suport, but they DO NOT perform magic)

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Hon, you will loose inches in your breasts but not cup size. I lost over 65 pounds, and my cup size din't diminish, but the inches did. I would suggest plastic surgery to keep your breasts perky, and your tummy taut, once you get to your target weight, depending upon your age.

Congrats on the diet but you may find a minimizer bra to wear. Try any good department store or Victoria's secret. This would help reduce the look

if you drop that much weight, be prepared to lose some breast. you very likely could end up being a C. but also be prepared for possible sagging. all of that loss could cause loose tissue.

i don't blame you for wanting to get rid of such big breasts- ouch!

You should lose weight everywhere including your breasts. Make sure you give it time though. Best wishes and good luck!

Since breasts are pretty much just fat, if you lose weight, you'll lose your breasts too.
