It should be safe. Whenever your going to buy an item from someone make sure you look at their feedback and make sure its good and accurate. Then make sure the item your buying is genuine and real. Always read everything the seller has posted to prevent things from happening. if you follow these steps it shouldnt be a problem.
if something does happen when you recieve a item you have won and its not what you got or its fake and etc.. you can take it up with the ebay workers and they will hel[ you.
i hope i helped

You should check the seller's profile before putting a bid in.
I would not buy from him unless he had a 99% to 100% positive feedback.
And also make sure that he got most of that feedback for selling. He might have good feedback for buying lots of things...while he might only have sold a couple of things.
Also be careful with the cost of postage. Many of them won't tell you how much they will charge you for postage. That's how they get you. You believe that you got a bargain...but by the time you pay for postage and packing...it is not a bargain anymore.

It is safe, if you use it effectively. You have to be registered on the site, and they'll walk you through using it when you do register. When looking at products to buy or bid on, check the seller's reviews and ratings, if they're not good, it's best to err on the side of caution with that auction.

Yes, it's safe. Always check your seller's feedback! Stick with those with a 98.6% or higher percentage of positive feedbacks. That will tell you the type of transaction you can expect.

Check the "online auctions" section of www.shopallstoresonline.com - there are several auction sites on there including Ebay.
