to get music from windows media player and real player onto ther, you plug in your ipod, click the sync button at the top, make sure it reconizes the ipod, then make the playlist of the music then find the button to upload and it should tell you when youre finished

Connect your iPod to your computer. iTunes should pop up in a minute. Drag and drop the songs you want from "My Music" onto the iTunes Library and they'll be put on your iPod.
