What do you mean by different personalities? Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD)? Like Sybil (or Cybil?). In the movie, Sybil displayed a childlike demeanor with one of her personalities that was young. Others were older.
I think the personalities can even be a different sex/gender than the physical person.

Yes, I did. In my late teens and early twenties I had the "I dont give a f*ck attitude". I was selfish and my personality was really stank for lack of a better word. As I grew older and matured and took on more responsibilites and became a mother, I am now totally opposite. I am very loving, compassionate, always put others before myself, very loyal, outgoing, and I will always love this side of me more than the earlier way I was in life.

No, you can feel younger, but it's not diffrent.
