I am going to Vegas for my 21st birthday and want to make it memorable.

If you plan on going out to clubs, it depends on which day your birthday falls on.
Tao, Jet, Body English, and Pure tend to be the most popular clubs here in Vegas and the best night to go is usually their "Locals Night" (which varies night to night, based on the club.)
Also, if you're planning to hit the clubs, make sure you're on the list. Otherwise, you could be waiting in line forever.
The only male strip club I know of is Olympic Gardens near Sahara on Las Vegas Blvd. It also features women. I think there is a $20 cover charge, but I've never been so I'm not entirely sure...
For her 21st birthday, one of my friends rode the Big Shot at the Stratosphere at midnight, went to Fat Tuesdays (random bar in the Aladdin, Caesar's Palace, and the MGM-- I might be forgetting one), got drinks and walked the Strip. We had fun and it was cheap.
I mean, it's Vegas. Once you're really drunk, it's impossible to NOT have fun here.

Male strip club. Or make it interesting, woman strip club. Live it up girl. Your early twenties DON'T last long!
