light at the end of the tunnel
when to enter, why so distant?
an immense attraction radiates
a gravitational force within
a luminescent figure
pulling me forward
appealing to the eye
taken in by its warmth
an uncertain journey
no way of returning
welcoming with open arms
to the gates of eternal bliss

It's very thought provoking, however the topic is to well worn. You have talent describing emotion and setting, now put it to an original theme.

it's a good poem,
but for my taste, i always like using simple words in poem rather than all that mighty words.
simple words can lead to a better shock in the heart...

Excellent is all i can say.i write poems too and i like poems like this it really is nice.To whoever wrote it keep up the good work you can go places with that.
