Thanks, antedilluvian. And I didn't mean a million years ago, I meant roughly 15,000 years ago.

And although it could be Atlantis and Lumuria (sp?), I don't particularly mean just those two. And not the general consensus behind them.

definitely as there are always new found archaeological sites and discoveries being made. there is a theory there is nothing new only wisdom and knowledge which has been lost and then mankind must start from scratch all over again. this may be as the technological advanced civilization would be the easiest to destroy.

i do no longer understand. nonetheless a wood boat, sealed with pitch became commanded by making use of God for the Ark. in step with probability an more suitable option than the present technologies, if that they had something extra more suitable than wood + pitch? the folk have been particularly diverse, once you verify the Scriptures the life-spans of those that lived previously the Flood prolonged hundreds of years, after the Flood in simple terms a max of one hundred twenty. i've got heard some theorize that the "waters above heaven" which got here down in the process the Flood, would have acted as a preserve against risky cosmic rays, and with it long gone - a shorter lifespan for all. there are a number of theories appropriate to the Pre-Flood situations. the significant ingredient is to pay interest on the here-and-now, specifically making our lives Christ-centric.

Definitely a previous civilization, but just how advanced is yet to be known. The Bible speaks of giants in the land and it is very possible that fallen angels were able to have children with human women. Giant dwelling places have been found proving giants did exist. The book of Job in the Bible definitely describes dinosaurs.

Yes, Atlantis and Lemuria did exist. Read some books written by Zacharia Sitchin and Jim Marrs, I guarantee you will see everything in a different way.

"Antediluvian" is the term you're looking for.

There is nothing in the geologic record to suggest a worldwide flood has ever happened. If such a thing had happened in the last million years, the Grand Canyon would not exist.
