last month i had a normal period but this month it was shorter and lighter. i stay with a backache, and i have some pains in my belly. another thing my breast kinda hurt at times.

Hi there i am having the same kinda thing....
had my period at the beggining off this month it started 2 days early, it was a really strange period and i had no signs of it arriving at all, but the past week i have been having cramping (more like a sharp stab) my breasts have been having sharp shooting pains going through them and i have dark rings around areolas and bright blue veins on my breasts, i think i may be pregnant but will wait till my next period is due if that comes, but i still suspect i am pregnant i will do a test and will go to the drs because there are so many women who have periods whilst pregnant, what i would suggest is perhaps wait till your next period is due see how that is or you could just take a test now... i will say though that women produce preganacy hormones at diffrent stages one women said it took her up to 8 weeks pregnant to get a positive result and she was still having what seemed like periods, they were arriving when they were supposed to and as heavy as a period.

Go ahead and take the test. I know it's scary at first, but if you stress over being pregnant, your period could be late next month, not just because you could be pregnant, but also stressing over the thought of being pregnant, even if your not. Stress can also cause abnormal or late periods. It is better to take a test now, and save the stress later on.

Yes you could very well be pregnant. It is not common to have a period and be pregnant, but it can happen. To know for sure, go to the doctors and take a blood test and that will tell you for sure. Good Luck!!

Yes, you could be pregnant - it's the breast tenderness that is the clincher in my experience. Take a pregnancy test, I hope the result is what you want it to be. Good Luck

Take a pregnancy test, however I wouldn't worry. How close to your period that was light did you have sex? If it was close sometimes that can make your period shorter. If you get it in your mind you are pregnant then you may start to feel the symtoms even if they aren't there

Even if you didn't have sex you most certainly could be pregnant. Those are all signs of pregnancy. I would contact a doctor and go in for an ultrasound.

sometimes hv period u wil feel lik tht but sumtimes when u have stress u can feel lil that so dont worry too much but u can alwayz test if u r pregnant

Hun it sounds like the best thing i could reccomend would to be to see your doctor, it could be pregnancy or the symptoms of a cycle change. bye luv
