I have a good friend of mine I known since childhood. He always gets into trouble time to time but today he really got into some serious trouble becuase he is fourth time felon. Since he robb a gun store down in VA my friend will probably get life. So what can be down for him a good lawyer?

He needs to be locked up for the safety of society. He obviously has no regards for anyone except himself. Tell him to take responsibility for his actions.

Not being completely up on the laws of Virginia, I would think that he will be away for several years. A good lawyer, might be able to get the sentence down to whatever the minimum calls for. If he has done time before, then he knows the game.

Good for him...I hope he does get life cause if he didn't learn the first three time he needs to be locked up. My guess is that he misses his friends in the pen and wants to go back.
