like the day after you loose it, do you start ovulating right away?

Ovulation is a continuous process and it never starts from a particluar day. As you said it starts right away.

If you are asking for peak days, it starts mostly on the 9 day of the cycle and ends at 21st days of the cycle. (cycle is normally 28 days)

You start ovulating 14 days before your due for your next period so calculate when your last period was and the 14 days before your next period would be due

The "average" woman ovulates on day 14 of her cycle, where day 1 is the first day of her period. This assumes a "normal" 28 day cycle.

Although each woman is different. Textbook definition is fourteen days. Myself, I ovulate right after my period.
