Massachusetts Government Act - took away the right of Massachusetts to govern itself until the tea was paid for, put in place royal appointees to run Boston
Administration of Justice Act - enabled criminals to be tried in England (less likely to get a favorable jury there)
Quartering Act - more troops sent to Boston, and they had to be housed in the homes of the local citizens (cost the locals money and was an intrusion of privacy)
Boston Port Act - closed the Port of Boston until the tea was paid for, which really hurt the local economy

The effects were to radicalize the citizenry of Boston and unite the other colonies, who saw the treatment of the Bostonians as unfair, and worried that similar things could happen to them.
