Yawn!!! If you were indicted, you were guilty, end of story. If you were found "not guilty" after a trial, you simply got away with it.

I dont personally have any experience within the courts, but I am a 3rd year university student studying criminology.
I can give you some examples what i can think of from the top of my head of possible injustice in the courts, then im sure you can have a good old research in the library from there and in the journals. Here goes:

*Father of Justice- as an example of active people against what they believe are being served injust rights , ,by not seeing their children, as delivered by the courts decision
* Minorities- evidence has shown (in UK courts) that certain minorities recieve harsher penalties (thus a respective injustice on their part). The most penalised are: -ethnic minorities (black, asian)- in comparison to britsh white they recieve harsher on the same crime.
- Single white 20-30 male= these are percieved by the CJs (criminal justice system) as the main "target groups"- again there is research out there that supports this
* Try searching newspapers or thinking to stories of late. For example, I can recall several stories of drink- drivers crashing on railway lines, killing several people in the process. Or of murderers/rapists that arelet out early or on bail, or not served enough time to meet the punishment. This refers to the notion of "just desserts"- dont forget the other sidede of "injustice"- the VICTIMS can be subjecct to injustie of the court tby the criminals not serving enough time or penalty to meet that of the length/extremetiity of what the crime is.

Injustice can waver from societies current expectations, from local media sensationalisation, politics, or many other factors.
Hope that my pointers give you some indication of help and good luck with your studies

ideas-blowing aspect. also, many (maximum?) conservatives are Christian, yet they ignore concerning the undeniable truth that capital punishment is going adverse to the teachings of Jesus contained in the hot testomony: - Matthew 5:7 (Jesus praises mercy) - Matthew 5:38-39 (Jesus rejects "an eye fixed for an eye fixed") - James 4:12 (GOD is the in effortless words individual who can take a lifestyles contained in the call of justice) - Romans 12:17-21 (do no longer answer evil with evil; God will see to justice contained in the afterlife) - John 8:7 (all human beings are imperfect, and therefore unqualified to opt for no matter if someone lives or dies) - James a million:20 (my personal in demand: "For the wrath of guy worketh no longer the righteousness of God.") also, many are worried about authorities spending, yet they turn a blind eye to the undeniable truth that capital punishment expenditures taxpayers way more beneficial than lifestyles imprisonment (see link below). of direction, we shouldn't generalize - there are some conservatives who're adverse to capital punishment, for those very motives.

Its a shame you are not doing a study regarding the family court system. There is absolutely no justice there, and they do not have the childrens' best interest at heart!!!!!!

i didn't but my son did back in the time where "hit lists" were a big no-no in school.
the judge got mad that the DA was wasting his time with this matter and told my son that back in his day they would beat the hell out of someone like him. i was shocked...the whole idea was to NOT promote violence in school.
