Here is the cure, don't knock it, this one relay works!

Get a friend for this one!

Go to the store get a regular swisher sweet cigar, not one with the plastic tip or a big fat one!

Take a piece of computer paper make a funnel and tape the sides

lay down on your side with your head on a pillow have your friend break off a third of the cigar and light it, then he is to put in his mouth backwards and shot gun the smoke into the funnel

You are to move your jaw around, and pop your ears while he is doing it, repeat the process a few times then do the other ear!

I have been saved from a life long history of ear problems including operations three to four times a year, have needed no meds no doctors for the past 11 years!!! This one works!!!!!!!!!!

I get that all the time. In the shower you tend to smush soap in your ears and that along with the wax already in them causes ringing and plugs them up so that there's pessure. Over the counter ear wax removal according to the directions works fine and a mild soap like dove does not irritate the inner ear.

If you have wax build up then go to your doctor to have them irrigated that means to flush them out. All the doctor does is insert a little tube in your ear then flushes the wax out. It is doe within 5 minutes.

Try olive oil, dropped in your ears every day for about a week and see if it loosens up any wax that may have built up. Also, you can try getting your ears candled.

it's risky to unplug your own ear, because you may harm the tympanic membrane which is very important for hearing,.
go see a doctor
