I feel like I am constantly behind, trying to catch up, unable to keep up with the pace of other people around me or with the pace normally expected... Do you have any experience with becoming faster, or any thoughts that might help me? Thanks!!!

getting organized usually helps, have a list of things you need to do, with the most immediate/important at the top,,,,,, gather up everything you need to do that task,,,, some projects may need to be worked on several days, a little at a time,,,,,,,, also, just because you dont stay at others paces, doesnt mean you dont do things well,,,,,, some who rush threw things and life, do a sloppy job

Could always try some speed, heard it will bring things into focus, and allow one to be able to organize like never before, and been told that from a mental perspective, it has the possibility to enable you to think one up on those around you.
Just have to be carefull, have seen some people get so sped up that they actually become slowed down. Of course everybody is different and affected by things in different ways. However be forwarned that the detrimental side affects can be disasterous.

I was trained from very young to do and think on my feet. This can be learned and it helps if you have "pushy" people (authority) around you. My mom was very authoritative (only to me) so I ended up the one who is a "speedy gonzales". I'm quite grateful to her now though, I can think and do everything at half the speed of many people I know.

It looks like you have a very busy schedule. Try relaxing and taking a break for the holidays.

Take things easy and do one task at a time. Don't do something else until your are entirely finished with that task. Manage your time wisely. GOOD LUCK!
