Mars aka Ares, son of Zeus and Hera: 2 sisters and a possible brother.

Hebe, goddess of youth
Eileithyia, goddess of childbirth
Hephaestus, god of fire and the forge (some myths claim Hera bore him without Zeus.)

"Zeus took Hera to be his fresh consort, and she, lying in the arms of the father of gods and mortals, conceived and bore Hebe to him, and Ares, and Eileithyia." - Hesiod, Theogony 921

I'm not familiar with the Roman names for their gods... but I do know the Greek ones:

(The following are related to him through both mother and father- Hera/Juno and Zeus/Jupiter. Zeus/Jupiter had God-knows-how-many-affairs that resulted in too many kids to count)

one brother: Hephaestus/Vulcan (god of the Forge)

three or two sisters: Hebe/Juventas (goddess of Youth), Eris (goddess of discord), and possibly Eileithyia/Lucina (goddess of Childbirth & Midwives)
