This happens every so often and I forget how to get it back to the bottom where it belongs. Can you help?

1. Bring your mouse pointer over the taskbar
2. Press and hold the left mouse button
3. Drag the mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen
4. Let go of the left mouse button

I'm not sure which taskbar/toolbar you're talking about, but I'll tell you how an Office toolbar is moved. Others should be similar.

Right-click inside the toolbar in an area that isn't a button. Drag the mouse to the bottom-center of your screen and release the button. That should do it.

Easy all you have to do is left clik mouse on the tool bar then hit unlock taskbar then hold the bar and move your mose to the left side or what ever side you want it to go on then let go and it will atuo go there and then you can left lcik again to lock it :)

right click it and click lock the taskbar.
