The Movies because its more fun to make explosions than to manage a prison, and because the Tycoon franchise has gone down the toilet

I haven't played Prision Tycoon, but I've heard it's a very bad game. I got the Movies as a Christmas present last year, and I think it's a good game.
Final Verdict: Go with The Movies.
