Yes, life can be very boring. I am an athletic person and like working out or playing racquetball at the local Y. Racquetball is an amazing sport. It gives a person a great workout and stress relief while building coordination and other skills. If you don't have any friends to play with, it's still alright. I play by myself quite often. My Y membership is $12.50 a month and court rental is free. I payed $30 for my racket, an instructional book and a few balls. It is easy to get into and fun to play. I play racquetball for fun.
