Weezy is just the first sound of his name (W) with "eezy" added to it. It's like a slang/nickname for somebody.
If your name was Stacy, you could call yourself "Steezy".
How you know I'm not lying -- Young Jeezy's real name is Jay Jenkins. J + eezy = Jeezy, Young Jeezy.
And I heard Jerry Porter of the Steelers being called "Peezy" by Jerome Bettis after the game.
