My boyfriend has a "supposed" son but the mother is a slut and she didn't even have sex with my boyfriend around the time she got pregnant because they had broken up but she got pregnant and my boyfriend has money and she is claiming the baby is his but when my boyfriend wanted to get an DNA test she wouldn't let him and she started crying so I know the baby isn't his and so does she and she won't let him take that baby to get a DNA test done, but my mom would make me break up with him if the baby is his but my mom doesn't even know that he might have a baby because I wasn't going to tell her unless it is his but he can't get a test done so should I tell her b4 we get to far along in our relationship or wait until there is a test done?

Tell her now and tell him to go to court to get a court order to determine paternity otherwise if it is NOT his this gal will soak him for all she's worth. Un-freaking-believable!

just because they was broken up doesnt mean they didnt have sex. alot of ppl have sex just for the sex with out being in a relationship. and its his mess not yours if he wants to be a part of the babies life step back kids come first not girl friends. and what the babys mom and dad does really has nothin to do with you. you can still have a relationship with your bf but what he does with or for that baby is his choice,his business not yours.and maybe this bothers you cause you want bf all to your self? or your afraid he will get back with her? either way what ever is going to happen will happen. i got pregnant with my first at 16 the babys dads girl friend tried to put in his head the baby wasnt his i cried cause he knew he was the only one i was with so dont just jump to conclusions the baby probly is his so just drop it. and if he wants to be sure just have him tell her no money is going to her until a dna test is done but thats if he really wants to know and he can go threw the courts for a dna test and then there is nothing she can do to stop the test

By law she has to let him get the DNA test done. If she will not let him it is very obvious the baby is not his or there is a large chance it is not his.
I seriously urge you to get your boyfriend to contact social services, they can help him with getting a DNA test done and if the child is not his the mother of the child will have to pay for the test

Honey it sounds like you have a major problem going here. I dought that there is a court in any state what wont make her have a DNA test done especially if she is stating he is the father and requesting money and support. Unless you are really ready for this I suggest you get a new boyfriend soon. You are too young to have to deal wiht this much baggage.

First of all, the babys mother doesnt have to agree to DNA, your bf can take her to court and have an order for paternity done. Also, you should be honest with your mother. If she finds out you lied, she will have reason to not trust you, and this could cause more problems in the future. But i think the important thing here is finding out if he is the father, so that baby can have a dad, and then getting to court to get his rights.

i think you should tellyour mom.. before she found out.. go tell your boyfriend to court.. to see if the baby is his.. because if his ex keep crying she is hiding something.. always good to find out the true about it and maybe she doesn't know who the baby is... so tell your boyfriend and go found who the baby father is... Dna can be done in 24 hours or you tell your boyfriend to bring the baby with him and do the test without tell the baby mother...

You should really tell your mom. Remember, your mom was once your age at one time and she just wants the best for you. Plus it is really hard to be with someone that already has a child, because then you will always have that baby mamma drama if she is what you say she is, a ****. It's better to be open with your mom, she has a lot of info that she can pass down to you. Either way, good luck with your situation!!

I would say it all lies on your boyfriend. He CAN go to a judge and have a DNA test supeoned to prove paternity and the mother of this child will HAVE to comply or serve time in jail. If your boyfriend isn't willing to do that then he deserves to be stuck in the situation he is in.

First off, tell your mother, second off 16 year olds shouldn't be having sex. Third off, she can't get him for a dime until she proves it is his. When she takes him to court for child support, he can ask for a DNA test done at that time.

truly no longer. What your son desires is a short kick contained in the a**. you may toddler him all you opt for, that merely makes him worse. Beat his a** and he will straighten up. My brother & his spouse has spent 1000's of bucks, ignored many days of work, operating to lawers and courtroom, because their son is bipolar. at the same time as my brother had, had sufficient, he beat the h*** out of his son and in the present day his son is a very diverse individual. The babying has to surrender quicker or later. or you'll stay depressing till it does. Your the figure, call for appreciate. and Get it.
