Stop spacing out and remember to vote on it. There was a legalization voters proposition in Nevada last November. It was overwhelmingly defeated. What more do you want? It was put to a vote and the people rejected it. That's called democracy.

You have to define "legal".

Have you looked at the Supreme law of the land lately? There's nothing about marijuana being illegal.

What you're referring to is not in the "law" that applies to individuals. the "law" you're talking about applies only to corporations.

Let me explain it like this:

God created man . . . therefore . . . man will never rule over God.

OK, have you got a grip on that? Let's move on.

Man created government . . . therefore . . . government will never rule over man.

Government is a creation of man, it is a fictional entity, it is not sentient and has no intellegence or power of its own. It is motivated and perpetuated by men.

The Supreme law of the land says: "All men are created equal". Men in "government" are not above you.

That is, until they are "public servants". Public servants are BENEATH "THE PEOPLE". They are obligated to carry out the will of the people, not their own. That's why they are "sworn" into office with the oath to uphold and defend the Constitution for the united States of America.

Any laws, rules, codes, statutes or other legislation created by public servants DO NOT APPLY TO LIVING INDIVIDUALS ! ! !

They only apply to corporations. Do you know why?

Because government created corporations! Therefore, corporations will never rule over government. Governments do have the power to rule over their creation, the corporation.

Marijuana is "illegal" for you because you have agreed to be a corporation. Look on your "driver's license . . . is your name spelled in all capital letters? Is your middle name abbreviated? Did you read the fine print on the application? You have agreed that you are a corporation! So, for you, traveling freely is not a God-given right, it is a privilege granted to you by your master, the government.

The only things that are "illegal" for living individuals are actions or omissions that result in injury or damage to someone elses person, property or reputation.

The only thing you can do to "legalize" marijuana is to send an affidavit to all government agencies who have usurped authority over you telling them you know the scam they've pulled and you withdraw your consent to be a corporation any longer. The affidavit is the purest form of law and your affidavit will become law if the government agencies do not refute, rebut or deny all allegations you pose.

Once you default them, marijuana will no longer be illegal for you.
