Shorting a fuse will not short the wiring. Your premise is wrong from the start. Shorting a fuse might cause possible fires and other problems if there is already a short in a system. I recommend you do NOT work on it at aLL if you think that shorting a fuse shorted a circuit. You are not qualified to use a wiring diagram if you think that shorting a fuse shorted a circuit. Go get a professional, or at least, somebody who knows what a fuse does.

This information is very expensive, and the publishers of repair manuals pay dearly for it. They can't afford to pay the manufacturer their fees, and then offer it on the 'net at no cost.
That said, your options are three ---
1) Purchase a repair manual from the parts store. Even the inexpensive manuals (< $20.00) have a set of them in the electrical section.
2) Go here------>

...and for a modest annual fee you get access to all of the published repair data for your little car, including the wiring and vacuum diagrams, repair information, diagnostics, illustrations, Recalls and TSBs. This is about your only ON-LINE source for this sort of information.
3) If money is the issue, use your local library in the REFERENCE section, you will find repair manuals, shop manuals, and some even have wiring manuals by themselves. While there, ask if they subscribe to the computer based repair information sources such as Mitchell On-Line and ALLDATA. These also have a print feature if the library paid for the option.

Good Luck and Merry Christmas
