i wasnt around when it hapeened and i want to know a persons opinion on it. i am a huge steelers fan so give me details.

I was watching the game on TV when it happened. Unfortunately, the guy with the camera was completely jocked out and the only thing that we saw after the pass was deflected was Harris going towards the end zone. Only replays showed us what really happened. The guy to blame, from the standpoint of the Raiders, was Jack Tatum as he was only concentrating on giving Fuqua a big hit rather than actaully defending the pass.

That it should have been an incomplete pass under the rules of the day and not a reception.
Swearingen was a complete moron, and demonstrated it more than on just that day.
Of course, the officials never get it right when it comes to the Raiders...

i think it was bogus we had that game won.hell but I'm still a raiders fan all time.

i think at theat time every one was in shock!!! just be glad they couldn't challenge it might of been overturned
