how do i put get a url for a picture in my saved pictures folder?

i want it for myspace background

URL is for the internet... you need to upload that picture somewhere, NOT IN YOUR COMPUTER.

so go to some image hosting places like imageshack.com or imageigloo.com and put the image there. then copy the URL that they give you and paste that link in your myspace! awww yeahhh
