WHAT is clear mascara FOR?

i have pretty dark eyelashes. i rarely use mascara. should i just use clear? what is it for? does it actually make your eyelashes look thicker?

Use it before you apply mascara. It also is great on eyebrows

For the same purpose as the colored kind really. It's just a little easier to deal with because it won't show if it smudges or if you rub your eyes a lot.
I will say if you have seasonal allergies or regularly get the watery eyes having clear mascara around is great! You can multi-task and use it to set your eyebrows too, but be sure to wipe the excess of on the tube first.

I usually put clear mascara on after I put on my black mascara. That way, if I had any clumps, the clear kind of takes them away and makes my lashes look even longer. And I have a seperate tube of clear which I use for shaping my eyebrows. Clear doesn't make your lashes thicker, it makes them look glossy.

Clear mascara is for people who want the straight lashes, and not the mess of black around the eyes. I use it, and I have very wild lashes. It works!

you put the clear stuff on, then put your regular mascara over the top and it's mean to make your lashes stand out more. Sometimes it can make your lashes look clumpy and stuck together though

You can use it for grooming your eyebrows, but I personally don't like the goopy feel of it. If you want something for your eyebrows, I recommend using a brow brush, spraying it with hairspray and then brushing that over your brows. Works like a charm!

Yes..... but i usually use that one for the day.

And can be used to brush and fix it right your eyebrow.
