Masturbation has nothing to do with your growth. Well, that could've turned into a nasty joke, but I assume you mean height. Pretty much every man who ever lived has "taken matters into his own hands" on at least a few occasions, provided he has hands. If you're short, and you're afraid of staying short, start working on amusing pick-up lines to say to the tall girls. Then start hitting on the tallest, most model-looking females you can find (unless you're into guys, then just switch the gender and do the same thing).

"Hey, my buddy and I were just talking, and he thinks tall girls are worth the climb. What do you think?" Could start a really fun conversation.
