Depends on the health of the person. If a male is having a lot of mental or emotional stress, then he may not experience wet dreams.

14 and above is the right age. This may last even at the age of 70. Purely depends on the food and enviroinment leads to this.

I believe your talking about nocturnal emissions rather then wet dreams. Wet dreams happen when a child enters puberty. nocturnal emissions though happen through out your teen and adult years. I'm 39 and still have nocturnal emissions every once in a while.
