HELP! I have a computer emergency. Someone please help me.?

I just downloaded this Microsoft word standard edition 2003 on my computer, and now my regular email is messed up. How can I fix it and get my regular email back to the way it was before I downloaded anything? I tried erasing what I downloaded, but I still cant use my email. Please help me. I very much appreciate it.

Go to Internet Explorer click on tools/internet options/programs then change the default e-mail to outlook express .
