These are in order.
'Bohemian Rhapsody'-Queen- "I don't wanna die, sometimes wish I'd never been born at all..." I just love everything about this song, especially Mercury's seering vocals. God, could that man sing. He "sends shivers down my spine".
'Comfortably Numb'-Pink Floyd-"There is no pain, you are receding." It's mainly the eerie, dark flow of the song and the chilling guitar solo, the second one.
'Dazed and Confused'-Led Zeppelin-There really isn't one line that gets me but the violin bow guitar solo and the jam out right after are awesome.
'Stand By Me'-Ben E. King-"If the sky that we look upon should tumble and fall, or the mountain should crumble into the sea, I won't cry...no I won't shed a tear just as long as you stand by me..." Here, it's the string solo before the last chorus.
'What's Goin' On'-Marvin Gaye- "Father, father, we don't need to escalate. You see, war is not the answer, for only love can conquer hate. You know we've got to find a way to bring some lovin' here today." Great lines and kind of sad considering that Gaye met his end at the hands of his own father when a fight between the two 'escalated'. A little prophetic.

These are not in order and will probably change tomorrow.
"Waltz #1" by Elliott Smith. It's a sad yet very romantic song.
"I Feel You" by Depeche Mode. This is a great song to showcase Dave Gahan's beautiful voice.
"Everybody's Gotta Learn Sometime" by Beck. It's one of the best cover songs ever.
"We Share Our Mother's Health" by the Knife. It's a very intricate song.
"Care of Cell 44" by the Zombies. Because, well, I like them more than the Beatles.
