I have been debating whether or not I should get the PSP or DS. I need some advice. Some pros and cons of each would help a lot. Thanx!!!

Psp pros: Good graphics, good games, better first person shooters by far, internet is useful, music, video, photos, downloadable demos.
Cons: battery life, internet isn't very easy to use, umd cases aren't that tough.
Ds pros: classic games, ds lite is easier to carry around, cartridges are tougher than umds, ds download has shorter download time than psp gamesharing, long battery life.
cons: Graphics suck, touch screen is complicated when used in games especially first person shooters, no real good games, no extra features to make up for weak graphics.

The new update on the psp makes it so much better than the ds that it can't compare. I have both a psp and ds, I prefer psp, ever since the end of summer I haven't touched my ds.
Once you get sick of, animal crossing ds, metriod prime hunters, mario kart, and new super mario bros ds pretty much gathers dust. You'd be better off with psp, more third party support, better online, better graphics, built in web browser, photo storage, music storage, video storage, ablity to save game demos, and more. Ds has almost no features. The touch screen on ds may seem fun at first, then it becomes dull.
If your gonna get a psp, Metal Gear Solid: PO and GTA are must have titles, you also NEED a 2 (or more) GB memory stick, trust me.

It seems that the DS is geared more towards family/kids. My daughter has a DS and it is neat. However, for somebody who likes to play the more popular teen/adult games, I think a PSP is the way to go.

psp all the way. internet, movies, music, pics, and games
ds just ds games, and gba games
also you can get those games on the psp

haha PSP by far
im amazed of mine for it being a portable gaming device having the graphics and gameplay it does
it just costs more unfortunately
