Do not know any web sights, Specifically at 5 weeks? I don't believe anyone can tell you exactly, everyone is different, cramps, can happen, very light bleeding at first but no more than a week.
If you are not sure if you are pregnant find out FOR SURE.
The OB-GYN is the most precise for results.
HORMONES ARE CHANGING (again) there are so many feelings physically and mentally that can make you go crazy
TAKE IT SLOW and do the right or best thing for you.

get the book : What to Expect When You're Expecting. Cramps are pretty common during the first 2 months. I kept thinking I was getting my period late and nope...I was 6 weeks along!
Don't be surprised at headaches, nausea, and appetite changes either.

that is perfect, it has week by week, and you can go back to it each week, see if you're feeling how you should.
Good luck!
