He hasnt been appearing on YA for a few hours now, but only YA can tell us if he has been taken off. There are others in his place such as oracal_girl and applele who do play similar spam tricks. If you find these or any other who gives a link to some site, do not open these. If they have notched a lot of points in a short time after registration, report them as abuse to YA.
By the way why doesnt the limit of 40 answers per day work in these cases? These spamsters total several thousand points within one day.

After a very quick search on google I found that the domain listed in Man's post was actually blacklisted by google recently for containing home mortgage spam. So I'm wondering if it is just a matter of time before the site content changes over. Because we all know, those links will sit in the cached pages on yahoo and google for months, and people will stumble across them and think they are related to the question and click on them. It managed to gather atleast 5,710 links from yahoo. it also has an Alexa page rank of 3,328,708 overnight. It had no ranking last week.
