Probably not. Although cannibalism is a crime, necessity is a mitigating factor. In 1972, a Uraguayan airliner crashed in the Andes. The survivors were stranded for months, as the rescue parties failed to locate them. In time, they were forced to eat the bodies of their dead companions. Although I'm sure they suffered considerable psychological damage, there was no prosecution.

Absolutely not. Jail is for misdemeanors. They would go to prison.
If he died and they came back to the cave and were hungry and they ate him, they might go to jail for, say, disorderly conduct or something. Maybe a couple nights and some community service.
If he had a fetish, and had asked the other climbers to go up there, let him freeze, and then eat him, then I think they would go to prison. Especially if they let him freeze in order to close the deal.
If they ice axed him because they were hungry and he was the weakest of the group, they probably will go to prison.

more then likely not,it is human nature to survive,so i don't think so,unless they killed him to eat him, then that murder, but if he died first then no.
